Jaime Olivas has been in the design and commissioning services industry for over 27 years. He is responsible for all aspects of the electrical design process for data centers, medical, corporate, commercial and industrial facilities. He has done preliminary design and schematics, produced construction drawings and specifications, used computer aided design (CAD), coordinated and directed members of the design team, worked closely with clients, met project schedules and budgets, conducted assessment of existing facilities and provided construction observation services. Jaime has extensive experience in commissioning and design of Data Centers and electrical building systems to include; Lighting, Power Distributions Systems, Emergency Power Generation Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Incipient Detection Systems, Emergency Power Off (EPO) Systems and SCADA design systems and implementation. Jaime is also fluent in English and Spanish which have been a great asset for his work in Mexico, Africa and Central America. Jaime’s desire and passion for design and commissioning consulting is what drives Olivas Consulting Services to exceed client expectations.
